Tinkoff Microbrewery and Restaurant, Saint Petersburg, Russia

Had dinner with EG at Tinkoff Microbrewery and Restaurant (7 Kazanskaya ul., St. Petersburg, Russia) last Saturday night. This restaurant serves an interesting selection of house-brewed beers and pub fairs (American and Japanese). I tried their unfiltered beers (golden and white nights) which were both good. I prefer the golden unfiltered beer, although the white nights is more expensive, being a seasonal brew.

EG had a mixed platter which came with sausages, grilled pork, and sauerkraut, which he said is not nice. I had a katsu don (Japanese pork chip on rice) and a pizza magharita to share. The katsu don is very salty and the pizza ordinary. This is certainly not a place for good food. It is only a place where you want to hang around for some beer.
