Had lunch with SS and BZ at Viet Cafe (6 Battery Road, #B1-01, Singapore 049909) yesterday. Wanted to have the fresh spring rolls, but they ran out of them. So we ordered some crispy spring rolls to share instead, and I had the crispy lemon grass fish. The crispy spring rolls were quite nice, with crispy outer skins and moist fillings. The lemon grass fish is also quite nicely done. The only disappointment came from the service, which is not responsive by any measure!
