Had dinner with family at Crustacean Grill by Fosters (267 Holland Avenue, Singapore) last Saturday. This restaurant has a very hip decor, with tanks of fish surrounding the walls and water features you can walk on. There's also live music to accompany your meal. I had a seafood bisque and a crab cake salad. The seafood bisque is rich and came loaded with crab claws and squid. The crab cake salad is also quite good, and has more crab meat than the usual Maryland crab cakes which contains more flour than crab meat! My only complain is that the crab cake is very salty. It would be good if they do with much less salt. Overall, a rather enjoyable dinner.
