Had dinner with XQ at Haru Dining & Sake Bar (#01-07 One Fullerton, 1 Fullerton road, Singapore 049213) two weekends ago. Haru is a sleek Japanese restaurant serving Americanized Japanese food. We had swordfish sashimi, spider (softshell crab sushi), California handroll, and teriyaki salmon. The food is average but the ambience is good. We had a table by the sea and was able to enjoy the view of boats going pass, with the Esplanade as backdrop.
