Peach Blossoms, Marina Mandarin, Singapore

Celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday with my family at Peach Blossoms (Level 5, Marina Mandarin, Singapore) last night. We had baked cod, deep-fried seafood rolls, scallops with mayonaise, prawn and asparagus rolls, sliced fish with mushrooms and ham, and stewed pork. I liked the cod best. The ambience is good, in a traditional Chinese setting. Service is courteous and polite, but a little inattentive. I had to frequently remind the waiters and waitresses to fill my tea cup.

I had Foie Gras in Ristorante Bologna, Marina Mandarin Hotel last Friday. It's the worst I ever had! It was over-priced and the quality and taste is........ I really have prawn noodle in the hawker stall.
