I often fly with Japan Airlines on my Friday night trips from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. The cabin interior looks refreshing and clean. The service is also efficient and friendly. One feature that Japan Airlines have over the other airlines is the offer of bird's eye view from the entertainment system. You can see the runway when the plane takes off and lands. You can see the airport and how the airplane approaches it. Interesting.

I have been flying with Japan Airlines on the SIN-KUL-SIN sector for as long as I can remember. She's a wonderful airline and one can feel the warmth and friendliness shown to her passengers all the time and on every flight. She's a nice way to fly and her staff are one of the world's best. One can't be but in love with JAL all the time, for the kindness and warmth she has shown. Keep up the good work JAL. You are a nice way to fly.
