Dorsett Regency Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Stayed at Dorsett Regency Hotel this trip to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is located along Jalan Imbi, in the Bukit Bintang area, and just next to the Ritz-Carlton. The location of the hotel is not bad and the rooms of reasonable size. The complains I have are of the housekeeping service -- which never make any effort to replenish depleted supplies, the front desk -- which has only one staff on service at any one time, so the wait can be very frustrating, the concierge and bell boys -- which were very inattentive, and the television, which has limited number of channels.
